Called, and Max sent a tech within 30 minutes, identified the issue, got me a price and got the part, came back and installed all in the same day! AND the day before Thanksgiving mind you. Stayed and tested my furnace, made sure everything was good! Excellent service!

I received a call stating we had a water leak and water source was shut off until the leak was repaired. I was worried as we have an elder and young children in our home. I called over 12 places and each time was turned away because they do not service the area I lived in. I called another company and was told I would have to pay over $200.00 for the drive out alone. I contacted Mr. Ortega after 5:00 pm and to my surprise he said he'd have someone to out to our place by 10:30 the next morning. And they were then at the time they said. They were able to locate the issues and repaired in a timely manner. Mr. Ortega called me with updates throughout the time they were working on our plumbing issues. Max, is the best septic service that New Mexico has to offer. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to septic work! He's respectful and he knows what he is doing. I am glad know him and his work!!!
