I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the concrete services provided at my property and to demand that you fulfill your professional obligations to rectify the outstanding issues. The project, which included specific instructions for proper water runoff, has resulted in multiple significant problems and reflects a lack of professionalism and integrity in your execution and follow-through. Due to a lack of professionalism, unfulfilled promises, and substandard results, I cannot recommend his services. Soni poured concrete for my property, and following the installation, I observed significant concrete overspray on my windows, stucco, downspouts, railings, and foundation paint. When I brought these issues to Soni's attention, I was promised a full cleanup the following spring. Although the stucco was addressed, the remainder of the cleanup was neglected despite multiple reminders via text message, which subsequently went unanswered. Soni's commitment to us was impressive, one company to perform all the work needed in such little time, we were very pleased with this company they went above and beyond to get this done in 1 week! Soni was here every chance he could preparing the ground for the foundation an cement pad, he walked us through every step. We were very impressed with the quality and price. Soni was amazing to work with! We had our patio out back ripped out & repaved (which was cracked & slanting towards our foundation). His pricing was very reasonable, and his work perfect. He's great with his communication & will always let you know if something comes up & times need moved around. We had decided not to repave everything we ripped out as we wanted a bigger yard. When we were explaining our vision he asked questions to make sure he was getting everything exactly as we wanted. We also added another step going off the side of our porch; which I am so excited about! If you need concrete work done in Utah County - Soni is your man. Thanks so much! We can't wait until it's dry so we can fire up the grill and enjoy our backyard on a level patio :)

We had a great experience with M6. They fit us in very quickly, gave us a fair price and delivered good work for our sidewalk and driveway/gutter apron. It’s been just over a month now and everything’s held up great and cured well.
