No reliable at all. I hired this company to build two homes for me, I signed the contract and he didn’t do anything. He didn’t answer phones or emails. He got the money and he didn’t deliver anything. We had to cancel the contract and he agreed to return the money. But he never gave the money back. His check had no fund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY,I GAVE HIM INITIAL AMOUNT TO START THE SERVICE AND HE DISAPPEAR. DONT ANSWER PHONES NOR EMAILS ,JUST AVOID IT .YOU WILL REGRET IF WORKING WITH HIM
