Diamond Arrow Ranch has been using Mack’s Drilling for over 20 years and they have been nothing but professional and helpful to work with. Their work is very professional and they always respond quickly when we have had issues with our water systems.

I ran my well dry keeping a backyard debrie burn under control. Without realizing it, I had drawn air into my pump. I immediately ran to youtube and saw the horrible work I'd have to do to fix it, and prime it, but first I called mack drilling to complain (since they installed my pump) Not only did they immediately tell me how to prime my pump correctly ( youtube had me cutting intake lines and creating a nightmare for myself) , but they were kind and courteous even though I had complained. They explained how to resolve everything on their day off too and didn't charge. 5 stars for sure.

These guys were great! We operate a small home based Adult Foster Care Home for mentally impaired individuals. We’ve used them for years. We called and left a message last night after hours, and had a text response in 4 minutes! We were asked a few simple questions and we were told someone would be out there by 7:30 this morning, they were right on time. Thanks for such a prompt response for both the phone and repair service. They were here and gone in about 3 hours! Excellent work!

Excellent service and great communication. Jack and Isaac did the drilling, what a great team! Talked us through the process as he built the well. Pump install was swift and efficient, thanks to Ken and Henann. Pricing was competitive and comprehensive for both well and pump. My wife and I have assumed property left to her by family. The location uses a well for household water. We are installing underground sprinklers for irrigation, but the water pressure seems too low. Looking through previous invoices related to the well, Mack Drilling Company was consistently used. I called their office, explained my situation, and I was told they would have someone out within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised as I expected a few days or more. After some diagnostics by the technician, it was revealed that we have good water flow, I was just using the water source from household water bibs.
