I recently purchased a home and wanted to have a toilet replaced. I contacted Mack M Darr and inquired if they would replace the toilet. The lady who I spoke to was very friendly and helpful , scheduling my replacement the following day. The plumber, Ryan, was very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan, who was very organized, replaced the toilet, cleaned up and also examined my shower faucet handles in which were not working properly. I plan to have Mack M Darr take care of all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs in the future. UPDATE: (01/28/2025) Ryan, from Mack M Darr , ordered new parts for my old shower faucets and contacted us today to inform me the parts arrived. Do not recommend! We were recommended to this contractor by multiple people but now, we lost respect for these people. They must not know that contractors are supposed to be professionals and complete the work according to the contract. We contacted them in March ( 9 months ago) to redo plumbing for a very small home. A family member passed away and the plumbing needs to be redone before we can rent it or sell it. We were promised a quote with in a month. It took two months. We were promised the work would be done by the end of May, it is still not done. We were promised it would be done by mid-June then end of August. In August, we were told we had to pay the entire contract up front before they finished the job. Mack Darr was referred to me by my property manager Malinda and I couldn't be happier. A few weeks ago, we had an urgent issue at my short term rental (guests had no hot water!) and I felt like the staff and techs made it a priority to fit us into the schedule that day. We ended up needing a new water heater installed that day! The office staff (Sydney and Emily) were proactive with finding a hot water tank that fit the space. Turns out it didn't easily fit the space because the outside wall was too short but the inside of the "closet cavity" would fit it. Error on my part when giving measurements but our techs John and Ryan worked their butts off and made it happen! Very professional. We’ve had both the HVAC and the plumbing services. Call them if you want it done right. No BS, no smoke and mirrors. They left the job site spotless, their work space was organized and they wore booties!! Honest rates and flawless craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company.

They came and cleaned out my ducts and after another company so called cleaned my furnace it was making a noise so Mack Darr came and took the blower out and cleaned it and told me the other company should have done this.... no more noise pleasant to deal with
