Avoid using these people at all costs. I have called for a service on the West village when I called they told me they were gonna call me back with the scheduled time instead they just sent somebody like after a month and a half that I called without even confirming with me even after I called them again, like 2/3 times no answer When they send somebody in to come and check the door. I already had scheduled with a different company because it’s been well over a month and a half one technician from McKenzie group shows up he just literally takes a look at the door for two seconds and he’s like I cannot fix the door And I told him it’s OK because I already scheduled with a different company so he leaves don’t forget he was only by himself. I receive a bill afterwards for two guys and both fo

If their work craftsmanship is anything close to home these people drive I wouldn't even them do a job for free for me. Every time I see one of these trucks dam was cause an accident where they are cutting you off. Today this gentleman did both. There's no way the people these guys hire have any real licenses to drive
