Mackenzie has been our go to for fuel and cleanings since we bought our house 10 years ago. When we woke up NYD with no hot water and no heat it wasn't a question to call them. Dave came out and replaced some parts on our 40plus year old furnace an now we can wiggle our fingers and toes again with our heat working. Dave was great. He explained what parts he was replacing and why. He explained what else really should be done now, what could wait and what really wasn't needed to be done.
