Mack’s Discount Home Improvement

I didnt even know this place popped up in Norwich, so my 1st time there you can find odds and ends for supplies you need for your home. Not everything but some things are reasonably cheaper than Lowes.

Shortly after Mack's opened, we went there and asked about a gas stove, -they did not have the one we wanted at the time, but told us they would give us a call when one came in. True to their word, we received a call a week ago, and they delivered the stove to us today, -for free! It is exactly what we wanted for a great price! Thank you so much! :-) We will definitely use Mack's again for any other items we may need in the future!

DO NOT buy anything from this store! My daughter was looking for a stackable washer and dryer. We found a stackable dryer and there was a dishwasher, then the stackable washer. They said if you pay cash you get a discount, I said if you use credit card? We can give you a veteran discount cause of your husband. We paid for it a little over $1,000. They went and picked it up. Got it home and the dryer was bigger than the washer, and you can't put a washer on a dryer. She called them and asked if she could return it and he said no all sales final and I told you that the washer needed to go on top and you both said that is fine and we will figure it out! So I called and he told me the same thing and I said you never mentioned anything about that! Because if you did we would have left!

This has become a place that I frequent often - the inventory changes often and I have gotten deals on many things including lumber, lighting and a few tools The workers and owner are friendly and helpful and go beyond the big box stores - I love this place
