Macksood's Flushing

We purchased a living room set from Scott over 6 years ago. We have a dog, a cat and very rowdy children. It is still in perfect condition. The quality is crazy good, and it was less expensive when shopping around. We love the family atmosphere at Macsoods. Thank you all so much.

It's a very nice pool, spa, patio furniture almost everything type store. The inside and outside is gorgeous 😍. They have a huge tent sale going on right now with awesome deals. We get all hot tub chemicals here. We also bought our awesome stainless steel BBQ grill here. The staff us very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all the products they sell.

Converted our wood burning fireplace to gas. Ordered our logs and set up (already prepped for gas) and now have a beautiful, warm fire everyday.

Scott, Tom and rest of staff are outstanding people to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable always willing yo go the extra mile for the customer. We are forever customers. Thanks for everything

UPDATE: RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM MR. MACKSOOD. HE WAS VERY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND READY TO LISTEN. HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE ISSUE AND REQUESTED I UPDATE THE REVIEW AFTER OUR TALK. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL WAS ALL I WANTED TO MAKE SURE HES AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND HOPEFULLY HANDLE IT TO SAVE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE FOR OTHER PEOPLE. I AM CONVINCED HE HANDLED IT APPROPRIATELY AND THATS WHAT I APPRECIATE. I WANT OUR BRICK AND MORTAR BUISNESSES TO SURVIVE. PROPER COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Walked in the store. Met Nick. Super nice guy. Made all our building and electrical changes needed per Nick. The extent of our conversation for electrical by Nick was " the sauna needs a 220 connection, yeah the sauna had a 5 foot whip so it needs to be able to reach the 220, pretty simple".
