I called Michael to discuss our issue. He stated he would get back to me after "researching" our order. I had to call back a week later, but only the new secretary would talk to me, telling me it's not their problem. Hopefully I do get all the information on our system sent in the mail since nothing other than installation information was left with us when their guys were here to install. We spent $18,500 on a complete new system for our garage-to-house conversion with this company as a sub-contractor. We were adamant with our contractor that we wanted a forced air system, and were assured by our contractor that that this company understood this. The man from this company who came to measure for the system on July 11th knew that we wanted a forced air system. The two men from this company
These guys did great work. They explained what parts were bad and showed me what all needed to be replaced. They were quick and easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
