David, the technician, was punctual and knowledgeable. He showed me the amount of dirt accumulated in our air ducts. They thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, brushed, and vacuumed all the ductwork. Additionally, they provided a complimentary cleaning of the dryer vent. I plan to use their services annually for both air duct and dryer vent cleaning (I had no idea the dryer vent could be a fire hazard!).
