Mad City Windows & Baths of Peoria

One guy did the window (I didn’t catch his name), while Tim W. did the shower install. We started with a coffin size shower ended with a beautiful, wheelchair accessible shower with a seat and plenty of grab bars. They both cleaned up their messes, very courteous and ‘ quick’. About 9am till 4 to get it all done. I think the price was way too high but I guess that’s just inflation.

I just can’t say enough how much I love my new shower installed today by Jesse and Trevor from Mad City. They were prompt, courteous and very professional in their work. I highly recommend Mad City. We absolutely love our new walk-in shower. It was installed in one day perfectly. The installer did a great job. He answered questions and worked all day. He even removed a small shower that we didn't use. He drywalled the area where the tiny square shower was. We are very pleased.

They arrived on time and checked which windows were being replaced and went to work on them. They cleaned up after themselves and laid tarps down to help contain debris. Any questions I asked were answered. The picture window screen came damaged and they replaced it. I love being able to open them easily and to clear them without having to get a stepladder out. John B and Josh were excellent shower installers. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They are extremely nice knowledgeable and skilled at their craft. They were courteous and friendly. I now have a beautiful walk-in shower installed in 1 day. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The entire day was a great experience. Thanks guys!
