Mad City Windows & Baths of Springfield

I had five windows installed, they look beautiful and it seemed much quieter in my home afterwards. The two guys that did the installation were very respectful and cleaned up afterwards. It was a pretty cold morning and the next day when I inspected, I found the caulking around two sets of windows was not sealed properly but I took care of that and am very pleased with them. I did feel they were a bit expensive and if I get other replacement windows, I will definitely get bids for them from other companies. The photo on the Left is my old windows and the Right are the new, I believe they look very nice and keep with the style of this old hkmr.

We converted our tub - shower combo to a walk in shower with grab bars and a matching non slip floor. Ryan and Jessie were our installers. They were knowledgeable and very professional. Our shower is FABULOUS and we absolutely love it. There were a few small hiccups with the installation however mad city bent over backwards to make everything right. The project was pricey but we got everything that we wanted and it came in on budget at the original price that was agreed upon. We are very happy.

Instillation of our new shower was a pleasant experience. Jesse and Seth were friendly, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the work in the promised amount of time. They explained the process as they went along in terms we could understand. The completed work looks great.

The guys that installed our windows were great. They were careful of our property and advised us every step of the way. They left things cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Mad City.
