M.A.D. Logistics Moving Labor

We used MAD Logistics for a cross-country move from WV to CA for the military. I, as a military spouse, was overseeing this entire move myself while my husband was away. After reading reviews, I chose MAD Logistics over larger local companies that were highly rated, but I ultimately regretted it. I'm going to give MAD Logistics the benefit of the doubt-- maybe they're great for local moves-- but NOT for cross country moves. Here is my candid experience. Communication with Donna was wonderful. Michael was always responsive to emails. He clearly stated I should have a certain number of ratchet straps available. I explained I would be packing most of the items myself, but had moving blankets set aside for some larger furniture items I was unable to cover myself. Upon Michael and his team's

I would not hesitate to hire this company again! In fact, we are planning to schedule them one more time this spring. Michael and his crew were excellent. Very careful with our furniture, extremely hard working and professional. Also, our furniture arrived at our destination in perfect shape. What more can you ask for?

Ii just used this company. They were professional, fast, and responded to my requests appropriately. They were friendly and courteous and their prices are beyond compare. I have no complaints at all.

The absolute worst ever. This man has NO RESPECT for anyone’s personal belongings. It will take months for me to realize the extent of the damage .
