My experiences at this store have been nothing short of excellent. Alex, the store manager, is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the store's offerings. I always love the music playing at the store, and everyone else I've interacted with has been lovely as well. This is my new go-to hardware store, because I've never felt this comfortable and acknowledged inside a Lowe's or Home Depot. Shoutout to Ace the helpful place for being awesome & also for helping me safely transport this delicate lil freak to the pottery studio. I need 1,000 of these tiny cute buckets
10/10 friendly and attentive staff!! I came in this morning admittedly in a little bit of a grumpy mood because my bathtub wasn’t draining for my morning shower (a normally peaceful and resetting moment turned frustrating) but my mood shifted immediately upon being greeted by the cheerful cashier who asked how my morning was going and if I needed help. I lied and said I was going fine but looking for a drain auger, to which she immediately was able to tell me the range of aisles I would be looking for and that someone would meet me there. Sure enough by the time I got to the plumbing section another employee cheerfully greeted me and asked me if I was looking for anything. Again I mentioned the drain auger to which I was directed to the end of the aisle I was about to enter. I found exact
I went in looking for a color match one day. Everyone in the store was great except for the manager. He inserted himself into the paint specialists conversation with me and was extremely negative at every turn. I almost took my things and left but I was desperate because HD's machine was down. This isn't the only story ive heard about how rude he is. It was like he didnt even want customers.
Jamie was very helpful and led me directly to the products I needed. He thoughtfully answered all my questions. This is why I love shopping at Ace! Thanks Jamie!
Great customer service! It was super busy before the big ice storm but they helped me find what I needed and answered all of my questions.
