Carmel came out free of charge to help inspect my new home. She was able to fill out a form to get me a sizable discount on my homeowner's insurance policy, since she confirmed we have hail resistant shingles. She took a comprehensive look around our property as well. Carmel is straightforward with her recommendations and not pushy whatsoever.
