As promised, he called to notify me that he was on his way, and he arrived well within the appointment window. He explained what my options were in either repairing or replacing the faucet, and he did not pressure me to choose the more expensive option. Had a badly clogged kitchen sink for a couple of days. I called Maddox Plumbing Services and they were able to send a technician, Jason, within an hour. He was able to fix and unclog my kitchen sink, he even stayed to let the sink fill a couple of times to make sure everything was fine.
