I had a wonderful experience with E & W Heating & Air Conditioning. I had an emergency on my hands because my heat stopped working when I was out of town & I came back to find a 40 degree condo (which had been that way for at least a few days). I called a few companies with not too much luck due to the short notice. Then I called Connie at E & W Heating & Air Conditioning and boy am I glad I did. First of all, right off the bat, Connie is an amazing person. She is so helpful, kind, and giving. Right away due to the short notice, she was not sure if she would be able to get somebody out to help me, but she jumped right into my problem anyways and asked for some pictures so she could help me a bit even if she couldn't get anyone to my location today. We spoke on the phone for about 15 minute

I called E&W this morning when I woke up to a cold house. It was 3 degrees out at the time so they were understandably VERY busy this day. They scheduled me a repair time, explained their rates and procedures and then walked me through some troubleshooting steps. These steps solved my problem. They even called back to check and make sure all was well. I will be using them in the future...
