Home Comfort Heating and Cooling did a tremendous job fixing our A/C unit. I couldn't afford a whole new air conditioner, so HCHC did what it took to get my old A/C unit working well. They could have just told me I needed a new air conditioner, but knowing my budget was tight,they offered a temporary solution that will help me get through the summer. They were very friendly and professional.

Home Comfort of Waunakee installed a completely new AC system in our house 6yrs ago. The install took quite a bit of time, but it appeared they did a good job. They even repaired a drywall ceiling when they broke through it. Unfortunately, our AC system has never worked consistently. Every spring I had to contact James about the system not blowing any cold air. In the beginning, James was fairly helpful to resolve at that point. However, his response time is very poor, to the point where I've had to repeatedly ask for him to get back to me. This is over several years of problems/troubleshooting. Coleman is the manufacturer of our system, and they claim it is INSTALLER error after repeated attempts to fix. James claims it’s a defective product. Either way, neither Coleman nor James at Home
