Sold us some wall sconces for a room several years ago with built-in LEDs, and reassured us that it would be >10 years before the lights needed to be replaced so it would be fine that they don't have replaceable bulbs. Well, of the 6 lights we bought, only 3 still work. Learn from our mistakes, don't buy lights with built-in LEDs from here.

We took multiple trips to this store, driving 2 hours round trip each time, selected all our lighting fixtures, got quotes, prepared to spend $15-20k…only to not be communicated with afterwards after repeated unanswered phone calls and emails. After being ghosted for 6 weeks…decided to move forward with another lighting company who was prompt in reply and overall cheaper on all items.

Worked with Sue to get some new lights for my house. They gave me the wrong chandelier by mistake the day before installation and had the correct one delivered to my house. Excellent customer service.

We purchased an Emerson fan here 6 years ago and it started making noise. We love the fan but not the noise. I talked with Lovisa and Roberto and they were able to trouble-shoot the problem and get it fixed even though the Emerson company is no longer in business-they are standing by the fan they sold me. Extremely Happy with the Service and Support! I will definitely use this business again.
