We had issues with manufacturer/product defects in our initial doors but Mike was very responsive and helpful in addressing this. Quinn was amazing doing the installs. We ultimately went with a different brand of door than we had initially selected which we are very happy with. It’s easy to rate a company highly when everything goes well the first time, but they went above and beyond to help us with issues outside their control and to make everything right!

Madison Overhead was excellent to work with! They were able to come out and repair our garage door within 2 days of our phone call. The tech was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Despite identifying the problem almost immediately, they provided a very thorough inspection of the whole garage door and opener unit to ensure everything was functioning well.
