I had a sewage emergency today and Erich came out to Columbus to assess. He was there within an hour. After spending time trying to fix the issue he ended up needing a team member to bring the camera out as well. There were multiple team members here. They were kind and helpful and told me ultimately what the general fix would be. They recommended other plumbing companies of people they trust. Both Ken and Erich were helpful and professional and I felt they wanted to help fix the issue. They did this all day of the issue arising and had fixed it within a couple hours. I cannot thank them enough for their great service but also their generous billing of their services. I cannot thank them enough.

Phenomenal service! Our floor drain backed up Sunday night. I called Monday morning and they came out a couple hours later. Had the whole thing cleared out and working again in under an hour. Price was super reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again in the future if we have problems.

The previous owners of our house had spray-foamed the basement floor-drain shut for some reason, which led to water build-up issues in our basement. Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning came out within a day of when I called, removed and replaced the drain grate and cleaned out the drain for a very fair price. Water drains very quickly now! I highly recommend this company to unclog a drain. In March 2024, I experience a very slow kitchen sink drain. I called Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Eric answered the call and was able to tell me that he could have someone at my home within a couple of hours. Ken & his assistant arrived at the time Eric said they would. Ken was able to assess my situation and within a 1/2 an hour had my kitchen sink draining. The crew was very professional and conscientious. They had a drop cloth for their equipment.
