I contacted Madsen for emergency service and they were able to help us out super quickly. As we were leaving for work, a cable snapped and we were "trapped" in our home unable to open or secure the garage door which jammed partially opened on one of the coldest days of the year and before a holiday weekend. On a Friday afternoon, suddenly the gear holding the chain on top of the Lift Master unit snapped off just before I was leaving for a weekend trip! Called and Laura was awesome at giving me all the details and tentatively scheduling for the next Monday. Kevin came out on Monday afternoon and fixed it so quickly!
