I paid for marble stone countertops and an additional fee for a waterfall edge. Less than two years later, the waterfall is loose and clearly separating from the island. When I contacted the owners, I was told I’d have to pay again for them to fix it. This is frustrating, especially since the waterfall didn’t fit properly during installation and required multiple return visits. After payment, communication dropped off calls went unanswered, timelines weren’t met, and there was no accountability. After posting my review, I noticed several other customers reporting the same issue. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend or do business with this company.

We had a good experience with this company. Good customer service and good quality. They actually helped us to find good materials thru their distributor. Prices are fair and easy to work with them. We work with them all the time and never had any issue with Magic.

Martin and Sandra are great people to work with. Installers were amazing very friendly and professional. Job well done. I am very please with the work. After my next door neighbor saw it. She want to redo her kitchen.

Extremely disappointed with the countertop installation performed by this company. The workmanship was poor and did not meet basic professional standards.

I highly recommend this company. There was a lot of supply chain issues from covid and they were very accommodating and flexible from beginning to end. The craftsmanship work and communication was also very good and done in a timely fashion. The prices were also very competitive and reasonable.
