Paid for a "move in/out special" covers all details of the home . The blinds and refrigerator were done great . However , they did not do the floors , baseboards, inside cabinets, inside windows , air vents and filter vents , oven, stove, toilets, tubs , sinks etc ... all the things included in the special. Most just basic dusting and sweeping. Definitely things "professionals" shouldn't miss. They only did the blinds and fridge .. the special was $500 ... after i sent photos and the dirt left behind they said they took $110 off . but the invoice that cane in was $450 ... they jacked up the original price $60 more before applying the discount . Bad service all around, not professionals just people with a mop bucket and magic eraser . Better off paying a real company to do it right .. If

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Did the deep clean service, almost $600 a for 1400 sqft house. Did the bare minimum in what one would consider clean, with many spots visibly dirty. I had to point out many of them and did much of the cleaning myself. And when it came to the final look over, they said they had to get to another job. Truly egregious

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and did an excellent job cleaning. Everything looked and smelled fresh when they were done. I’ll definitely be using them again!

They did not complete the parts of the deep cleaning that was specifically told to me would happen. Staff got annoyed with my husband when he pointed out them not cleaning. Apparently some “stains” required specialized cleaning products. However, without these specialized products, my husband was able to reduce the stains in front of the staff. Don’t waste your time. They are refusing to refund us despite their website listing that if we weren’t happy we would receive a refund. Even though my husband expressed multiple times his dissatisfaction, the cleaning team was in a hurry to leave to their next job. Edit: with a different member present on our end, the cleaning was mostly fixed. There is still cleaning that we have to fix that should’ve been done in the initial cleaning. I was asked
