I have never written a review before. but i am so disappointed that i had to. we just had them clean our apartment carpet. he brought a hand held unit not the once that runs from a larger machine that runs from usually from a cargo van or a work van. he came 45 min late. he was polite at first. then when he was done with the the living room i complained that it is not getting clean he told me because he is already here i would have to pay him the full amount or he would have to call the police.he tried to explain it is because of shadow that it seams that way. i am going to clean it again because i do not see any change in the carpet. i could have done a better job if i did it my self with home depot rentals. i have had used other services for cleaning carpets before results were very diff

Highly recommend this amazing cleaning team!! I moved into a new apartment that was unexpectedly full of cat hair and desperately needed a last-minute deep cleaning. Two hours later, Josephine and her team arrived to deep cleaned every inch of our home. They did an INCREDIBLE job and even cleaned some dirty areas twice, where needed. I will definitely have them come back for regular cleanings after seeing how hardworking, professional, and ready to help Magic Mop's team is. They are lifesavers!

Unfortunately, I won’t be using services again. I had a deep clean service on my carpets in my new apartment. Leading up to the appointment, scheduling a walkthrough with Anthony was a bit of pain, as he tried to reschedule appointment 1 hour before but luckily he was able to keep to his word and follow through. After he analyzed carpets, he stated that he would be able to remove about 85% to 90% of the stains on the carpet as he has experience doing majority of his work in construction clean up. Although, I was undecided, I gave him a chance. He arrived to the appointment and began later than expected time. After he performed the service, the carpet seemed to be clean (especially the very noticeable spots in the unit). After a few days pass, I would say that the carpet were 75% to 80% cle

Our call was answered promptly by Josephine. We were impressed of the way they listened to our needs and the suggestions they offered. Their price was reasonable and we ended up giving them the job. They completed the job as scheduled and agreed. Their employees were friendly both to my family and to our pet. We were completely satisfied with their work and intend using them again.

I've been using Magic Mop for about a year and a half to clean my apartment and they are fantastic. They do a great job cleaning, and are very reliable and trustworthy. Whenever I need them to come, they are very accommodating. Josephine is lovely to work with. I highly recommend them.
