Owner Jorge is first class. His establishment is very clean and professional. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in plumbing work. He helped and followed me for three days on my quest to conquer the toilet installation. I ran into multiple issues from the previous installer. From broken flange to toilet installation, Jorge was there to help with any questions and gave plenty of directions. His return policy is excellent as well. When you need a specialty plumbing item Jorge has it. I would recommend Magic Plumbing and Jorge all day, 8 days a week.

Jorge Valladares is very knowlegeable in plumbing, and the supplies needed for your projects. He is very customer friendly, takes the time to help you with your needs to complete the job your doing. It's nice to go to business where they know what they're talking about, and are willing to take the time to help you.

Very good service. Had a problem looking for parts in Home Depot and spent 3 days running back and forth. Valladares took the time to help me out and finally got the right piece. Again I say, excellent service.

I called Jorge to ask him about a leak from the toilet fill valve, under the tank. I tried to tighten but nothing. I called and Jorge returned my call quickly and I send him a photo of the parts and he walked me through adding some Teflon tape and it worked. At some point I need to switch the old pvc tubing for a metal hose and I'll go see Jorge for the parts.
