I hired Magic Spell Cleaners for a deep clean and paid nearly $500 because my regular cleaner was unavailable. I was very clear about what I needed: top-to-bottom dusting, baseboards, corners, under furniture, and attention to detail. What I got was rushed, sloppy, and uncomfortable. They arrived late and then lied about why. The office texted me saying they were delayed due to parking, yet my street had wide-open parking directly in front of my house. When I checked, one cleaner had already been dropped off and was standing in my driveway smoking, and smelled strongly of smoke when she came inside. There was no parking issue, just dishonesty. James was amazing. He cleaned the apartment so well and so fast. No one else could have done it better. He was also really responsive over the phone and text and super friendly in person. Next cleaning I need, I will for sure call James.
