I paid for a deep cleaning with the understanding that a few of the stains might not come out like slime…that was fine. However, when the job was done there were several simple stains left untreated, and the carpet was barely cleaned, just damp. I had someone come clean the carpet behind him and it was obvious that the job was not done well. For price I paid, I wanted results, which I did not get. When I raised concerns, I was met with blame and told I was avoiding payment, even though I paid in full. He offered $50 back “as a courtesy,” which doesn’t reflect the poor results. Not worth the price or the hassle. I would not recommend. I honestly felt like I got scammed.

I recently had my couch deep cleaned by Magic steamers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They managed to remove multiple stubborn stains that I had previously tried to get out with no success. The technician, Alan was kind courteous and extremely hard-working. My couch looks brand new again. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a thorough and professional cleaning. Thank you steamers for doing such an amazing job. I have used Magic Steamers for the past 8 years. I am a renter (not a homeowner).. Whenever I rent a new place such as a home or townhouse, in the Bay area, I want the carpets professional cleaned to my high standards (I am a clean freak). Here in 2026, I am using MS of TB yet again. I trust Allen's work and reasonable prices.

Reasonable price and very thorough. We had this area rug we have ignored for many years. Got all the stains out of it and it looks like new! We also got our couch cleaned and it looks great. I would recommend them

I started with an initial price for 3-rooms plus a hallway, but after Alon & I did a walk-through to see all of the dark spots around the whole house? We decided to go with a deeper cleaning of the whole house (5-rooms + hallway). It was an extra cost, but it definitely looks like it was EXTREMELY well worth it, and I’m VERY happy about the results!!! Alon is a very nice man that was extremely easy to work with!! I will definitely consider using him for my next whole house carpet cleaning!!!
