Chris, Jacob & his wife are exceptional people and did an exceptional job taking out the old unit and installing a new A/C & heat pump. Chris is a very professional & friendly business owner. We have used him several times to work on our unit. He has been kind, explained alot to us on what we could do to take better care of our unit to get it to last as long as we could. Always on time & let you know what he was doing and what he thought would be the best way to fix the problem and did his best to get the best deal he could for us. Having our Heater and A/C issue, we called Magic Touch. Chris really did put his magic on our issue. Chris and wife Molti were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our air conditioner stopped working and Chris came to our rescue to get our A/C fixed. He was so helpful and both he and his wife were so nice. He's honest and a hard worker. Magic Touch is a company you MUST use. Chris is super knowledgeable, HONEST. Very well mannered and reliable person. If it can be fixed he will do it.
