Magic Touch Pressure Washing

I needed my lake house pressure washed. It's a 2 story with a very high and dangerous end near the water that doesn't get much sun and has a thick coat of green slime on it. We received several estimates, one included a $100 extra charge just for the one end "being so high and difficult to reach". From the first time I spoke with the guys at Magic touch over the phone they we're very professional. I found out at the time of the estimate the person I was speaking with on the phone initially was actually the owner, and really felt comfortable with his knowledge and ideas about how to get the high sections done safely and without any " extra charges".
