This place really is magical! Christine was so kind and helpful on the phone and Jim was professional, prompt and friendly. He fixed our dryer in less than 20 minutes at an incredibly reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend.

Customer service is great! Left a message and they called me back within a reasonable amount of time. Larry came by a couple days later, took one look at my washer and immediately knew the latch was broken. Had to order the part, came back a week later and fixed it within 5 minutes. Definitely didn’t feel like they over charged me and Magically Repaired will be my go-to for appliance repair moving forward!

My washer quit filling. They came out, found the part that was broken and ordered it. As soon as it came in they came back and installed it and now everything is working like new.
