Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! In November before Thanksgiving I requested service for my stove that wasn’t working at all. They never called to schedule an appointment, but a man just randomly shows up to take a look. He looks and states that the stove can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced, so I waited thinking he communicated can’t that with whomever needed to do so, but he didn’t! It’s time for Thanksgiving and I had to contact my landlord about still not having a stove, and come to find out the man never completed the request. My landlord had to rush around to get me a temporary stove for Thanksgiving thank God! Now, here we are with a new issue. Washer it’s completing cycles. Workers squeezing their work van in that same handicapped parking spot as me. When there are plenty of parking spaces available trying to call for a complaint been on hold for over 5 mins. This business is very unprofessional wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Update* receptionist hung up on me when I called to file a complaint! Untrustworthy!!!

Be very careful with this company! Today for the second time they stole my money! I call them and I tell them the problem we have with the washer machine and when Tecnitian came say that they wouldn’t have the time to take it apart a clean the drone.very important to mention is that I told them on the phone exactly what I needed.regardless they charged me the 89 dollars for showing up.

Terrible company. They were supposed to come out to repair my appliances so I took off work and waited all day because my oven and dishwasher are important to me yet they never showed up or even bothered to call. When I tried to call them, they put me on hold for 43 minutes until I had to hang up to call a client back!! Do not use Magnum Appliances if you care about your time! Seriously unprofessional and total nonsense!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY COULDN'T EVEN GIVE US AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WAS. I JUST WANTED AN APPROXIMATE TIME AND DATE. NOPE. SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ONE. SAID ... "WE'LL CALL YOU WHEN WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE" ... NO THANKS!
