Magnum was exceptional in every category in helping us in getting our home ready for sale. I provided Chuck with my home inspection checklist and he offered to tackle all of the items including the roof replacement, waterproofing the rear basement, fixing the concrete pads broken and raised by tree roots and painting the lower basement walls.
