I had a fantastic experience overall- Summary: The team was awesome, thorough, super knowledgable and tidy. Estimate process Darryl, the president of the company showed up himself to do the initial estimate. He arrived on time and wore protective equipment to protect my home. He did a basic check of all the vents. He answered all my questions and entertained my ideas. Quote I received the estimate within 24 hours- big win here because most places either didn’t reply after sending their estimator, or didn’t have availability. Installation I got a 2 piece heat/cool mini split system for my upstairs. installation took 2 full days and the installers were also very knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and did an excellent job with preparation, clean and proper installation across the

Highly Recommended! Magtek is Fair, Honest and Reliable! I had several HVAC contractors come out to quote me on replacing by Furnace and A/C. The others sent salesmen but Magtek sent Darryl (President) to go over my needs. Darryl did a great job of explaining the benefits of the newer and more efficient systems over my existing 20+ year system. Ultimately, we went with Magtek not only because I felt that Darryl was more trustworthy but also because their quote came in significantly lower than the others! Darryl upgraded the humidifier he originally quoted us to a higher output model and included a WeatherGuard top to our AC at no additional cost. On install day, the guy’s showed up on time and worked a 12 hour shift to get the job done as promised. Their work was precise and clean!

Mat did a very thorough service of our tankless hot water heater. I asked a lot of questions and watched the work and Mat was totally friendly and accommodating. I searched for a local company at a reasonable price on the Navien list. Erin in the office was great to work with. I will be a return customer.

Professional,caring staff. Had a second furnace and AC unit installed. First furnace and AC unit installed in June of this year. Large 53 year old house. Magtek arrived immediately to ensure I would not be left in the cold. Pricing fair. I would highly recommend this company and will only call them for any future needs. They follow up to ensure all is working well.
