So I’ve been a long time customer. I just had my new boiler and oil tank replaced. The whole entire process was seamless. I called over a week ago for an estimate and they were here literally within a week to install the new boiler. From the office staff to the field guys are AWESOME. Very professional. I highly recommend getting your oil or any service they provide. I’m very very happy with my new boiler and oil tank!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been a client about a year and I’m very happy with the service and the price but I think you need a good customer service because she’s so rude on the phone !!! Why is she work this job if she can’t handle to speak nicely to the customers!?

Very rude and unprofessional. I ordered oil to be delivered. I was never told over the phone it was CASH ONLY. The delivery person never confirm it was “cash only” and proceeded to setup. After realizing I wasn't aware of this new “cash only” rule, he storms off yelling, telling me he is leaving and won’t be coming back. I’ve had oil delivered by this company for 7 years. They always charge my card for service. I called the office and the lady who answered proceeded to tell me to “call back the following day for a gas delivery.” I called early morning the following day and she’s freaking out on the phone saying I can’t call for same day service and proceed to hang up on me when I told her that it was her request for me to call the following day. Been a patron here for several years and had a few handful of times where I experience bad service but tonight takes the cake. Stood there several minutes while being looked at by the woman inside who's just on her phone! Called the number to see if 1 maybe the person isn't okay and needs to be checked on but instead was spoken to in such a rude manner! Was told I can go get gas elsewhere! I told the woman who answered you have 2 situations here, 1 a loyal customer who needs some assistance and 2 a possible employee that needs to be checked on! She said nothing can be done she's an answering service! Well Mahoney get yourself a new answering service because you are hearing from a loyal customer who will go elsewhere!

Woke up to no heat and a load of soot in the basement. Called into the answering service and got a call about 15 minutes later. Thank goodness the outside temp was in the mid 40s so we were not really cold. The Service man came and we found out we needed a chimney company to come in. Joyce referred Jim Sullivan. I called and left a voicemail, 5 minutes later he returned my call and was at our home in an hour. A couple of hours later the issue was resolved and all was fixed. We are a second generation Mahoney Oil Customer and with customer service and focus like this, we will continue to be.
