After the grueling experience of traveling from UT to PA, my wife and I were hoping for one less headache of having to arrive to a new home that was not cleaned. Upon arriving, the house was a complete mess, and to be honest looked like nothing was cleaned whatsoever; it was as if the cleaner came in, left a note and checklist of what was done and went about their day. I provided Steven (I think thats his name) with pictures of piles of debris on the floor, grease on the microwave and dried up food within, windows filthy, salt and spices left in the cabinets. The list goes on man. After letting Steven know of the issue and providing plenty of proof, he did offer to have someone come back and touch up "reclean" the house which was appreciated and the least he could do, however he did defend

Amanda went straight to work the minute she walked through my door. She is very friendly and congenial and did a terrific job in my kitchen and bathrooms, which I am particularly fussy about. She made sure surfaces and mirrors were clean and shiny, she made certain the bathtubs were cleaned and sparkling, and I could not ask for more. She meticulously worked her way from room to room and did a super job.

She was very responsive to my questions and showed true professionalism throughout the visit. The house cleaning was thorough – every room, countertop and bathroom looked spotless, and she even tackled the corners I normally miss.
