I had an outstanding experience with Maid easy! I was moving out of a condo and needed it cleaned last minute for the owner to come walk-through, and they accommodated my schedule with ease! The place was spotless, and taking very well care of. I have nothing but the best things to say about them!

I had a great experience working with this team! They were so nice and communicative throughout the whole process, always making sure everything I needed was taken care of. I moved into a space that was filthy, and they had it completely cleaned up and looking so much better in just about 2 hours - it’s like a studio, so that’s saying a lot. For measure, this was my shower before hand - along with you can imagine the rest of the bathroom. And now, I CAN USE IT T-T I’m so thankful They were super responsive when I first reached out via Google, and Andrew in particular made sure the timing, quotes, and everything else were spot on. I reached out Friday night and they got me in by Sunday morning, can’t beat that kind of turnaround! Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was a god awful experience. First off the website has you select a time of service when you book. I chose 12-2pm. At 12:15 no one had arrived. I called and they informed me that that was an arrival window and the cleaners were on track to be at my house around 1:30. Ok, I can work with that. Then 2pm rolls around. 2:30. 3:00. Still no one has come. I call again and find out that the cleaners are still 20-30 minutes away. It's getting too late for me, my kids were going to be home soon and we had family coming for dinner. I asked if we could reschedule and he had the audacity to say it would be a $50 charge. "But I'm doing you a favor because it usually $100". Even though they are the ones who didn't arrive on time!?! I'm in a bind timewise so I swallow
