Maid in Cleaning

This was my first time ever using an outside cleaning service, and it was everything I hoped for and more. Tracy was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire booking process. I especially appreciated that she checked in afterward to make sure everything I requested was done to perfection. She recommended John after I explained what I was looking for, and I’m so glad she did. John and his partner, Sayaad, were the perfect fit. They came in and absolutely did their thing. Both were pleasant, kind, and highly professional. They completely transformed the space, making it feel fresh, clean, and airy. Tiff was fantastic and did an amazing job on our house! She was kind and professional and made everything sparkle! I highly recommend her service! Maid in Cleaning made it super easy to schedule and update us throughout the process as well.

Many things went wrong! But let’s start with cleaners wearing their street shoes and moving around your house and on the carpets and I have toddler in the house. Totally unsanitary. Second when I told the cleaner the room is deep cleaning she answered me saying so what do you want me to clean? Like what? Aren’t you trained to do deep cleaning? Their deep cleaning was not a deep clean so save your money bec it’s a scam. They focused on I have a construction at my house and I should pay more than cleaning the house. ( btw the construction wasn’t happening in the room they were cleaning).. they made the living room more organized bec it wasn’t but when I used my microfiber mob to go over the floor, the wall and the furniture, it was dirty.I felt I need to clean the house after they left too b

John and his team was attentive, responsive to needs and so thorough. He got the glass surrounding my shower to look like new-- I personally have tried to get rid of the years of soap scum and have never succeeded in having it look as good. There was a lot of dust and they went the extra mile.

We have been using Tiff for a long time now. She is always punctual, neat and cleans well. We are very lucky to have her!
