Maid in the Shade

Look, I have been loyal user for almost a decade, and the service has been declining over the last couple of years. The office staff is easily exasperated, and when our cleaning team didn’t show up two hours after their expected arrival, I didn’t receive a call. I called to find out what happened, and the person was rude, and told me that my house was a “big job with lots of beds”. We’ve had a coffee pot and faucet broken, and a a picture ripped off the wall on accident, but we were not informed. Certain cleaners are rough, and certain cleaners are wonderful. 3 stars because we have had used them for years, even through COVID, but the attitude is unprofessional and it’s tough to see past that.

Incredibly accommodating, lots of package options, and wonderful customer service. My favorite day of the month is coming home from work after cleaning day! These ladies always do a wonderful job, I'd recommend them to anyone in the Houston area.

I used the service regularly for multiple months and was never impressed. Tiles were broken in my bathroom. Trash cans were left full. Trash was left on counter tops. The toilet was broken. Water was somehow left pooling under the sink. Mirrors were dirty. The rugs did not appear to have been vacuumed at times. It was rare that I was even able to tell that anyone had been there at all. After discontinuing the service I never received my key back. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

They do a great job. I'm really impressed. I'm looking around and my house is clean and we have 2 kids. That's tough. Thanks y'all.

I do not recommend this company they do not do a good job they leave everything dirty they do not vacuum well they leave the bathrooms full of water and not to mention the kitchen is a disaster the work they do as a company
