Maid Right of Dayton

I was so blessed by Maid Right of Dayton. They have a heart to serve and they donated their time to Cleaning for a Reason, which is a cancer charity that cleans for people who are going through treatments. I want to give them ten stars. I used to own my own commercial cleaning company, so I know fabulous janitorial work when I see it. I was going through breast cancer and had no energy to clean. I have a son with special needs and a husband who works from home, so that adds to the level of stress and mess in our home. These sweet ladies came in and two of them worked for a little over two hours- our two level 2600 sq. ft. home was spotless and I mean they got hard water buildup off the shower doors and other things that were above and beyond IMO. This group is amazing. They really go above and beyond and complete tasks other companies did not do like taking out trash, small amount of dishes in sink and dusted my ceiling fans. The communication I receive from them is also very professional and answers any question I had when I was looking for a new company to help us around the house every three weeks. The price tag for this company is very reasonable and lower than most in my area. Truly appreciate the teams that have cleaned my house thus far.

This is the best cleaning service I’ve ever worked with. They are reliable, thorough, and efficient, and send the same friendly team each week. I get a confirmation text the day before each session and the billing is easy. Highly recommend!

Overall this service was fine. The cleaners were great, very friendly, and mostly thorough. However, they showed up an hour later than I was told they would be there. We needed our house cleaned for showing since we are selling it and it has been staged. They left the primary living room and kitchen/dining room for last, and by the end they seemed to be in a rush because those key details were completely ignored, for the most important part of the house. All the walls were still filthy, the sunroom was pretty much untouched, and I ended up spending two hours just getting it perfect and cleaning myself. Very disappointing because everything else was great. Would probably go with a different service next time, especially for the high cost.

I had wonderful service from Maid Right - the girls were fantastic, kind and cleaned with attention to detail. With many services, quality can decline with time - this never happened with this great team of people! I moved and will miss them dearly.
