Maiden Construction LLC

A quick review of Lucian’s work to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room in our home this year. We did not know Lucian. Our family members had used Vlad, a tile contractor, in 2 different occasions. We called Vlad to take on our project. It was a bit more than he could handle. Vlad referred us to Lucian, a general contractor specialized in home remodeling. We also interviewed with 2 other contractors, one from Redmond and one from Bellevue. One contractor had a project manager dealing with us directly and he was a bit less field experience. One contractor had a designer working with us. After all lengthy in-person meetings and exhausted search for the right materials, she did not respond to our phone calls or emails. There were noticeable differences between Lucian and other 2 contractor

Maiden Construction owner, Lucian, was very responsive, good workmanship, attention to detail and stayed within my budget for building an ADU unit at my house. He completed my job on time.
