I hired this company in the hopes of finding a long term cleaning service. They told me they’d have to begin with a deep clean for $550. I was told that they would clean the cabinets and base boards, while doing the other normal stuff that needs to get done. A team of three workers came to my home (2200 sq ft, 1800 sq ft if you don’t count closets) for 3 hours and I got a call from the owner saying they wanted to charge me an extra $85 to get the job done. I told them I could not justify paying another $85 on top of the $550 I already paid, so as soon as the three hour mark hit, they left, even though the house wasn’t done. The owner told me they left the kitchen for last, which is why it was so dirty and the dishwasher was not emptied. I asked why they wouldn’t prioritize the high traffic
