MaidPro Arlington Heights

Started using Maid Pros about a month ago. The cleaning service I had been trying to use prior was not only unreliable & always canceling, but also not cleaning my entire house…. Missing a lot of areas. I have been beyond pleased with Mais Pros. They were able to set up a schedule that worked with me right away. The cleanings have been perfect. The cleaners have not missed a single thing in my house & they’re reliable. The cleaners are also very personable & friendly not only with me, but with my pets as well, which matters! I highly recommend Maid Pros, don’t waste your time on any other company.

John and his staff are easy to work with and very professional. Arrive on time, do an excellent job of cleaning regardless of which member(s) show up to do the job. Very fast and efficient and my home is always spotless when they are finished. I can't recommend them enough! John is always accomodating when I need to alter my schedule for different things. I have recommended this business to many of my friends who also are very happy with the service.

We hired MAIDPRO six months ago to clean our house on a weekly basis. We have worked with other cleaning services before. None of them compare to MAIPRO. Maria is assigned to clean our house and she does a spectacular job. She is punctual, pleasant, and hard-working. The 49-point checklist is more than a sales gimmick. It is a thoughtful approach to not just one-time cleaning, but rather maintaining a clean house. I highly recommend MAIDPRO.

Stellar customer service and cleaning job! Recently called up as a new client and found the reservation agents very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff of this local branch were very communicative and helped make a quick reservation, and the cleaner that visited the house could not have been nicer and did an amazing job.
