I have been a long-time loyal customer of this cleaning company and have treated them with nothing but kindness, respect, and generosity. I’ve always paid fairly, even for last-minute or same-day requests, and I’ve gone above and beyond by referring them to family and friends (even paying for services on their behalf). I’ve also given them donations like clothes and tried to maintain a good relationship as a client. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Nasrin, has been increasingly disappointing. Communication has become very poor, and when she does respond, it’s often with attitude and a lack of professionalism.
