The woman that did our initial deep cleaning was thorough- even though she missed a few things on the checklist. I let it slide and gave them another chance. The second woman that came was different from the first and was inefficient and lazy. I paid for her to be there for 2.5 hours and she left under 2 hours and the house was still not properly cleaned. The place smelled like she ran a dirty mop over the floor and when took a towel to check the floor, it was still dirty. She didn't touch the shower and didn't wipe down all surfaces in the kitchen. I called to complain and they sent someone else back same day to clean the missed areas. The manager also gave me a wrong quote for the regular cleaning and backtracked on the it saying she made a mistake even though I had it in writing.

As a mom, full time student and working 12 hour shifts maidpro is the perfect service. Loren arrived on time, cleaning was done in 4 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Perfect service to help me maintain my house
