I recently moved into my first house and decided to get a cleaning for the first time ever. After unpacking all weekend it was so lovely to come home to a clean and organized house. Alejandra and Jessica cleaned in all the nooks, disinfected, dusted, organized and made the place smell great! They even tied my kitchen towels into a sweet bow (see pic)! I would highly recommend Maid Pro and can’t wait to use this service again.

I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning service I received! Jessica arrived on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond my expectations. Every room was left spotless — from the floors to the hard-to-reach corners — and my home has never looked or felt this fresh. The attention to detail was exceptional, and she was both professional and friendly throughout the process.

Very disappointed with this cleaning service. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete even with the added time we paid for. Multiple areas were missed, including floors and surfaces that were still visibly dirty. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and overall it looked like a quick pass rather than a professional job. For the price we paid we expected much better quality and attention to detail. I had to go back and re-clean areas myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.

This company came to my house twice. The first time, there were two workers who were on their phones multiple times during the visit. The floors were mopped, leaving a film. Bathroom countertops were not sanitized/wiped down. The second time, one person was assigned to our house. She missed cleaning whole sections of our kitchen countertops. Kitchen appliances were streaky. It was as though she applied the cleaner and wiped, but did not observe whether the appliance looked clean and shiny. The amount of money we paid for "professional" cleaners was ridiculous. I expect that professionals do a way better job on my home than I do, but they didn't come close. I do not recommend this company. Additionally, when I called to give my feedback and Canceled my services. There was no effort made to

We had a great experience with MaidPro. Very easy and quick to schedule. And our home was left incredibly clean and smells great. We will definitely use them again.
