MaidPro West Austin

We just used MaidPro for the first time and they did an excellent job on our house in Spicewood. The place was spotless. I also had a few questions and David, the General Manager, was super responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them!

They do a great job! Very thorough. After they left, I continued to notice all the amazing details. The two women who came to clean my place obviously enjoy what they do and have a lot of experience.

I’ve been using MaidPro for several months, with a cleaning every 3 weeks on average. Initially, it was great, but then it started to get inconsistent. I’ve learned that it really depends on the cleaner you get. One of the teams, who started with us at the beginning, is really great. But then others were sent in their place and we started to have all kinds of weird things happen - streaks left all over the hard floors and counters, hairs left in the bathrooms (not the hair of anyone living in the house), one of the cleaners calling to tell us after they left that they accidentally left a coke in our freezer and that we should take it out before it exploded, marks on the corners of the walls, etc. Also sometimes the teams are talking on the phone or listening to something on their phone whi

Reyna, Katherine, and Goodoluro (sp?) arrived within the time I was given. They started working immediately and efficiently and professionally cleaned my 2 story home. They asked me to check their work before they left to ensure I was satisfied. When I told one of them it was not necessary to turn down any of the beds in the future, she tried to remake it! I highly recommend MaidPro for your housecleaning needs. Reyna, Katherine, and Goodoluro were outstanding, and I hope this team comes for my next cleaning.
