Maids-In-Waiting

I made an appointment with Bonnie to come to my home to provide an estimate for cleaning. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning representative! My home is for sale, and I have a large "please take off your shoes" sign at the front door. The two people from other companies who came over took off their shoes prior to entering the home. Bonnie, however, told me that "I never take off my shoes." Her attitude at the very beginning was hostile and continued to be so throughout the few minutes that I showed her my home. In fact, my cat must have sensed Bonnie's attitude, because my cat ran away and she loves people. I proceeded to show Bonnie around.
