Horrible experience, we hired this company for a DEEP cleaning of our trailer they went out to the location of the trailer to look at it and give us a price so we hired them. I was then told the cleaning lady would be there from 8-8:30am however it was 9:30am and no one had showed up, I messaged the company and they stated the messed up and they would be there from 10:30-11:30am and they didn’t show up until 12:15pm. The cleaning lady then stated that she was only there for a dusting so I had to contact the owner and they stated that no it was a deep cleaning I even had the contract I signed so they had to communicate to her that it was a deep cleaning and had to take her extra equipment for the deep cleaning. I highly recommend Maids Modern. The owner Antonio is so conscientious. We hired Maids Modern for an apartment move out service. Due to car troubles, the original crew could not show up. He was only able to send one crew member to do the job. We were unhappy with the results. I called Antonio to let him know. Firstly, he was very apologetic; he sent out his whole crew the next morning to redo the entire job! During the entire process, he stayed in touch with me; sent me photos and informed me when they finished. Upon completion he went as far to tell me if the inspector for the apartment found anything unsatisfactory, to direct it to him . I can’t speak more highly about this experience. The final job was excellent. You will be in the best hands using Maids Modern!
